What is the business problem you’re trying to solve? We’ll complete a briefing document and organise a strategy session to determine what you want to achieve and understand the business challenges. At this stage I’ll present a project outline and timeline.

The fun part where we dig into your business’s vast collection of knowledge, wisdom and resources. Depending on the project, this phase may include desktop research, interviews with subject matter experts, competitor analysis or a mix of all three.

ORGANISATION

Here’s where the ideas are woven together in a clear, organised sequence. I write a draft that collates the research into a structure to describe the value of your products or services. You’ll have a clear draft for review by your business stakeholders.

REVIEW

The last step is to edit, polish and finalise the content into a neat format for sign off.
